Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
The deal
Dayoff is an AI-assisted day planner. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.
What we provide
A tool that takes your prompt and composes a day plan using real venues, real travel times, and real weather. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we don't guarantee that any specific venue is open, reachable, or appropriate at the time you visit. Always sanity-check before you go.
What you agree to
- You're at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
- Don't use Dayoff to harass anyone, spam venues with fake prompts, or attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
- Don't try to break the rate limits or extract our prompts/credentials.
- Your prompts and saved plans are your responsibility. Don't include illegal content.
AI output
Generated plans are best-effort and may occasionally include errors — wrong hours, closed venues, unrealistic timing. Treat the output as a smart draft, not gospel. We're not liable for missed reservations, closed restaurants, or weather you didn't account for.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You can delete saved plans any time. To close your account, email hello@mydayoff.app.
Service availability
Dayoff is offered as-is. We may add features, change pricing, throttle abusive use, or take the service down for maintenance. We try to give notice but can't guarantee uptime.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayoff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, it's capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (which is currently $0).
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll bump the "Last updated" date and email signed-in users for material changes. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
